What does ACH mean?
ACH is the common abbreviation for aluminium chlorohydrate. Commercial buyers should not rely on the abbreviation alone because ACH is used for unrelated terms in other industries. Search and procurement documents should include the complete chemical name, intended application, form and concentration.
Cosmetic and water-treatment grades
Cosmetic ACH is evaluated for use in antiperspirant formulations. Water-treatment ACH is evaluated for water-treatment performance. A purchaser should identify the intended application at the start of an enquiry so the supplier can route the request correctly.
Liquid ACH 50%
MCFI manufactures ACH as a 50% aqueous solution. Liquid supply can simplify handling for manufacturers whose processes already use aqueous raw materials, but every buyer must confirm compatibility with its own equipment, formulation, specification and quality system.
